You know when you wonder if you are teaching you kids the right things like manners etc.. well I know I failed the other night at the store when this older lady said to cort, well aren't you the cutest thing I have ever say, and cort looked at her and said yep!! Guess I better work on my skills as teaching cort to say thank you when someone gives you a complement and maybe just a little bit of humble to go along with it.

She Brings Pure Joy

Camille is five months old now and brings us pure joy at this house. She is always smiling, has learned to roll over, but sometimes her little fat rolls get in the way and she only makes it half way back over. She sleeps so good if you get her little fat belly full, she will sleep 8 hours or more. Oh how I love that. As you can see from the photos she can almost set up by herself and she loves her picture taken, strange both of my kids love their photo taken.

on Saturday we went to the festival that was being held, Grandpa Jorge got Cort
a guitar and he loved to sit and listen to the music there

using our boats at the pond there in Yuma, Cort thought it was great and loved running the boats into the side of the pond, we all determined every boat must have battle wounds and Cort made sure to have many on his boat

Over the long weekend, Juan and I loaded up the kids and made the 8+ hour drive to Yuma Arizona where Juan's parents and sister live. We had a nice time in the warm weather and being able to let them all see our kids, they had not ever seen Camille except in photos. Cort was really small when we were there last time, so he had changed alot also. WE would like to say thank you for having us all and for all the wonderful gifts you gave to our kids, it was very thoughtful of you all. And yes we have watched the new elmo movies many times and no I do not believe there is an end in site for them. Thanks Again....

who knew this thing could be so exhausting, this was Cort's but we put it together for Camille to use and she loves it, but after awhile this is what I find

Cort loves to do what Camille is doing and she tries to do what Cort is doing, there are many times when I put her down for tummy time, I find him right there with her.

the month of February has already started hard to image that we are in 2010, This month is full of many things for the Galindo family, we will be going to Salt Lake at the end of this month because Juan was selected with his new job to attend some training on new equipment, he goes to the training and comes back to teach the classes at Zion National Park, he will be gone 5 days. We of course will celebrate Valentines Day kid style, since there are two of those now, and we will try to forget my car accident in 2007 on Valentines Day. As for the rest of the month only time will tell, but I am sure there will be changes in the growing munchkins for me to share. So enjoy February!!!
